Clinical Supervision
Supervision for Mental Health Professionals
Clinical supervision and training remain one of my key focus areas. I am committed to supporting fellow psychologists, valued mental health colleagues, and early career psychologists as they develop their practice and professional identity. I am an Accredited Schema Therapist and also approved as a Principal Supervisor for Clinical Psychology Registrars.
My ethos is that we are always learning. I value the reciprocal exchange of ideas and experience between colleagues, regardless of training background or seniority. Some of my most meaningful and professionally rewarding moments have come through collegial exchange and support. I see clinical supervision as both a way of giving back to my profession, continuing my own growth, and supporting the development of others.
My wide transcultural experience has informed both my clinical and supervisory practice, and I provide supervision locally and internationally.
Clinically, I work short and long term, with a special interest in systemic work at the intersection of clinical and health psychology. This includes drawing on training in Meaning-Centred Psychotherapy (an evidence-based approach in oncology that integrates aspects of CBT and Viktor Frankl’s logotherapy), Schema Therapy, Gottman Couple Therapy, and trauma-focused approaches such as EMDR.
Just like for my clinical clients, my overarching aim in supervision is one of respect for your individual experience and needs while supporting you to achieve your goals.
My mission: Improve the effectiveness of our professions through support, growth and accessibility by creating a space which is individually tailored and respectful of our unique contributions.
My vision: Creating a connected community of colleagues where exchange of ideas and seeking support are strengths and opportunities for growth.

A space for deeper professional reflection that includes thoughtful exploration of complex clinical work, systemic dynamics, ethical considerations, and the therapeutic process. Particular attention is given to the integration of theory and practice, including how identity and clinician position shape the work within the therapeutic relationship.
Supervision offers a supportive and reflective space where clinicians can safely bring uncertainty, complexity and vulnerability in their work. It is a space for honest reflection, professional learning, and the ongoing development of a grounded and sustainable clinical identity.
Alongside clinical growth, it is my commitment to supervision to also support clinicians in navigating the emotional demands of long-term therapeutic work, while maintaining a values-aligned and resilient practice.
